Many employees have been experiencing issues with the Kronos app. Unfortunately, the technology department is unable to fix these issues as Kronos is a private company. As a result, the best we can offer are some workarounds. Here are a few things to try.

If prompted for a company short name use 6164329

Issue: User prompt for credentials every time app is opened

  1. Uninstall the app and reinstall it (document attached with instructions)

App Alternative

Desktop Computer: Users can log into a district Windows computer and clock in using Kronos shortcut on desktop.


Physical Time Clock: User can also use existing Kronos time clocks located in the main office and by receiving at both schools. 


Mobile Phone Alternative:

  1. Open a web browser (safari, chrome, or any other)

  2. Navigate to www.clearviewregional.edu

  3. Click 3 horizontal lines at top of the page

  4. Click Staff Resources

  5. If prompted to Choose an Account please select your Clearview Gmail

  6. Stroll down and click Kronos

  7. Select your Clearview Gmail account

  8. Tap verticle 3 dots at the top right

  9. Click Add to Home Screen

  10. Name Kronos 

  11. Now you will see a website shortcut on your phone

  12. In the future, you can use this to sign into Kronos

APPLE PHONE USERS

  1. Open Safari

  2. Navigate to www.clearviewregional.edu

  3. Tap the Share button on the bottom of the page (square with up arrow)

  4. Click Add to Home Screen.

  5. Change the name to Kronos if desired

  6. Click Add

  7. Now you will see a website shortcut on your phone
