Step 1: Go to any district copier and present your badge to the green and white card reader at the machine.
Step 2: Upon swiping your card on the reader, you will hear an audible beep. The copier screen will now ask for your username and password (*Note - to move from username to password, select the “Next” button on the on screen keyboard). Here you will enter your district credentials (most cases first initial followed by last name, example jsmith). After entering your username and password, select “Associate Card.”
Step 3: You have now successfully registered your card. Now when you walk up to a copier you have three options to sign into the copier. You can sign in with your badge, pin, or username and password.
