This article will go over the procedure for printing to and retrieving your prints from the district copiers. When you send a print job to the copiers, you can retrieve the job from any copier in the district (including other buildings).
Printing
Print the document by selecting "CVSecurePrint on Papercut."
Next go to any copier in the district and log into the copier. You can log into the copier by doing one of two methods. You can simply enter your 4 digit copier pin code, or if you have associated your door access swipe card with the copier you can swipe that at the copier.
Once you log into the copier you will see a message at the top that give you an option to release all jobs you have sent to the copier. Optionally you can also hit the print release button on the left if you'd like to select individual jobs or delete them.
Scanning
If you wish to scan a document, log into the copiers using the same methods outlined above and select the scan button.
Next you will have two options for where you want to scan to. You can choose either scan to email or Google Drive.
